Prior to Timex, she was managing director of Sennheiser India Limited. 30 years of work experience across diverse industries, of which 12 have been as CEO and Managing Director for leading MNCs. Sharmila brings years of extensive experience in selling consumer goods within India and APMEA markets. She played a key role in successfully strategizing and launching new categories and concepts for leading brands in the Indian market. She also has been part of companies setting up operations in India and also businesses that needed to be turned around.
