As people, we are all focused on who is #1, who won the race, how much weight did you gain/lose, how do I get there fastest? Thinking about desirable outcomes makes us feel inspired and motivated, and that’s not a bad thing. But there are a few problems with setting goals that are solely focused on outcome. We often forget how we feel on this journey. We treat the process as a means to achieve our final glorious result. However, focusing on process is the key to setting and achieving goals.
