Maharani Radhika Raje Gaekwad is a textile exponent, a craft conservationist and the trustee of the Chimnabai Stree Udyogalaya, a not for profit women empowerment and skilling initiative started by her predecessor Maharani Chimnabai the II in 1914. Born in royalty and married to a royal, the maharani’s family tree is immersed in history. She has a Masters degree in Indian History and before she married the Maharaja, she worked as a journalist for leading magazines and dailies. Aditi analyses Radhika's handwriting & signature and talks about her leadership style, what makes her an introvert and answers some pertinent high performer questions.
