Kailey Martinez

Absolute Imperfection has it’s first guest on the show! Kailey Martinez is a close friend, graduate student, and content strategist for this podcast. She is finishing her Master of Arts in Anthropology with a focus in Environmental Archaeology and Museum Studies at New Mexico State University. Kailey chats with Jesus about the field of anthropology and it’s sub fields and gives some insight as to what Archaeologists actually study (hint: apparently it’s not dinosaurs). They discuss the Mimbres culture, sensationalized archaeology, and tips to become an anthropologist.
