In this episode Si & Jacob are joined by Ex St Johnstone, Motherwell and Hearts winger Kevin Twaddle(@@Twads7) as he tells his story, he talks about his battle with gambling led to very dark times which included suicidal thoughts before he found Gambler Anonymous. He also describes the how this led to battling depression and panic attacks plus lots more.
As ever we are so grateful to the footballers who join us on this series, as they give such honest accounts of their battles and difficulties. This is the way forward and the only way we can change the way the world views Mental Health is too keep talking.
