A.C.E Podcast Nation Presents Mental Health in Sport: Football, welcome to the premiere of episode 5 of our brand new series focusing on this very important subject.

In each episode our A.C.E Podcast Nation founder and Host Si (@ACEcast_Nation) is joined by Mental Health Support worker Jacob (@ADHDfatherUK) as they talk to current and ex footballers about their battles with Mental Health, Addiction, PTSD and more.

The series features a current EFL club captain as well as several Ex internationals telling their stories like never before.

In this episode Si & Jacob are joined by Ex Manchester Utd, Wigan Athletic, Royal Antwerp, Stoke City and MK Dons winger Luke Chadwick (@Luke_FFF) as he tells his story, he describes how following his loan move to Royal Antwerp as a teenager he was mocked and bullied about his looks and appearance by local media in Belgium this then began to spread to main stream TV in the UK on popular comedy series They Think Its All Over and others. Luke tells us about this effected him and his mental health in an open and honest account all these years later.

Mental Health In Sport: Football premieres a new episode on Sunday's 8pm exclusively on A.C.E Podcast Nation's YouTube and Facebook pages.

Most Importantly, if your struggling or feel like things are getting too much.

Just remember you are not alone, we are ALL in this together and as a good friend of mine says Keep On Keepin On
