Episode 130: Show Notes

There are a lot of ways to make money in real estate… but which path is right for you?

In today’s episode of the House Flipping HQ podcast, I had the privilege of hanging out with the incredible Jason Hartman, who is a big-time buy-and-hold guy.

I’m a flipper.  I have a few rentals, but not many.  Jason, meanwhile, is all about rentals… so I was really looking forward to hearing his perspective.

This was actually a “dual” interview… I was interviewing him for my podcast, and he was interviewing me for his podcast… and it turned out to be an awesome conversation, where we dug into some of the similarities and differences between my primary strategy (flipping) and his primary strategy (holding).

Plus, we got into some nuts-and-bolts business practices that are absolutely critical no matter what business you’re in.  That was probably my favorite part of the call… enjoy!
