Going after cheaper leads from paid ads is understandable but don’t get too obsessed by reducing the costs. Many fit-preneurs waste a lot of time trying to save money on ad spend even if they hit their KPIs already (eg, return on ad spend).


Instead, spend your time and energy on work that makes your fitness business MORE PROFITABLE even if it means spending more money on ads as long as you hit your KPIs.
