Do you think you're black enough? Actually, what does it even mean to be black enough? What things must you do to be considered black? There's a large spectrum of Black people and how the interact with the world. However, one of the worst things you can say to a Black person is that they're "Acting white." Acting white, takes away from allowing Black people to exist on a spectrum and places them in a confined box to fit the very specific "Black" definition. I got my LB Mr. Courtney Bass to tell me about how he is simultaneous not black enough, but also isn't white (duh).
