Dr. Richard Nongard has been a sales leader since the 1980’s. His first sales position was a cold-calling job with a car listing company called Triex. He held sales positions at both Nissan and Honda dealerships as a salesman. After that, he went on to develop and sell millions of dollars in educational products in the healthcare industry.

 

He is a licensed psychotherapist, which means his formal training is in problem-solving. By applying the principles of effective communication, rapport building and leadership development – he is uniquely qualified to train sales staff in becoming sales-force leaders.
