Run4Adventure hosted by Loyd Purvis is one of the foremost running channels on You Tube covering everything from reviews of shoes, clothing and equipment to live recordings during and on races. With over 24,000 subscribers the channel has grown at a rapid rate so much so that Loyd is now working on it full-time and aiming to produce three new videos a week.

If you want to check out a race or a piece of equipment or clothing or shoes then the Run4Adventure channel is the go to place to start that journey.

In this episode Loyd talks about the journey of the Run4Adventure channel, an exciting first sponsorship of Freedom Racing's KVK race in conjunction with Danish clothing company Saysky as well as sharing information about some of the shoes he has recently reviewed on the channel.

Loyd also offers listeners, particularly those who are thinking about running, a couple of top tips including for new runners taking on the Couch to 5k challenge

Loyd’s main tip though is at whatever level you are running at to enjoy running.
