Hey, y'all - Joel here. Uploaded this late. Normally I'm pretty good about uploading the podcast on time but my morning was kind of thrown off. Honestly, my whole week has been kinda weird. Mostly just cuz I threw out my back doing squats. It wasn't even doing the squats themselves - it was moving the plates in between sets. Did a makeup workout tonight now that I feel close to 100%. Anyways - Imma try and change my computer's clock to yesterday to see if I can trick the system.
