Many know how to increase, build and gain, few are good at processing loss.
Unprocessed grief is said to be an underlying cause of addictions and depression.

Much of our world is experiencing various types and levels of loss.  We need to know how to lose so we can rebuild.

There can be many types and sizes of loss: Life, health, relationship, job, trust, schedule, friends, job, sense of normal, safety, security…

What are some things we can do to help process our own grief? Our feelings need to be heard and acknowledged.

 Know how you’re wired….some want more control than others…

How does it look when someone else is grieving?

Various Grief Stages:  not necessarily in order; may come in waves or repeat
