Nick and Chief break down the fourth wall of 3F2ing, and touch on topics like..is an hour just right or not enough for podcasting?  Who really is her favorite Unit Training Manager(UTM)?  Chief tells us where she is from, and how she came to be in the position of the 3F2X1 Career Field Manager(CFM).  Later, she reveals what a normal day in the life is like for her, and advice for those who aim to be a CFM.

The two shift gears, and Chief tells Nick about her retirement plans, and how she envisions retirement.  Unfortunately, the internet cuts out and the conversation ends abruptly.  Coincidentally though, the pair hit nearly the 45 min mark, and they wrap up part 1 of possibly 3 parts there.
