Welcome to the 25th Hour Podcast – where successful business owners talk about the magic of creating a 25th hour every day! We've all been there - your calendar is in great shape. Your to-do list is done. You are in the zone . . . All your balls in the air are being easily juggled. Then....something changes, and suddenly chaos reigns! This podcast will help you learn to up-level your time management strategies so you can get back in control of your day – and make an extra hour, your 25th hour, a reality - every day.

Today’s guest is Chris Evans. Chris is a licensed Health Insurance Agent who focuses on working with people to find the best plans to fit their healthcare needs, often during a stressful transition time in their life. Her clients might be retiring, moving, starting a business, growing a business, or changing jobs. Chris wants to help people find the right resources to be healthy and work with you to uncomplicate the health insurance process.

In this interview, we discuss the importance of procedures and processes, strategies to stay in control of your day, and Chris shares her top tips for optimizing your to-do list. Listen in to learn more!

Time Management Strategies for Success:

Procedures and Processes - “I have to follow certain procedures or I will forget stuff. Sometimes we do things without really thinking about it, so you have to break it down and create a process to make sure you’re not doing unnecessary steps or leaving out necessary steps.”To-Do App - “I noticed that I was putting reminders on my calendar all the time - like a reminder to call someone, and that’s more of a to-do list item vs. something to put on my calendar. So I started using an app called Actions for my to-do list and that works pretty well for me.”

Here’s how Chris likes to spend her 25th Hour:

Volunteering - “I volunteer as a guardian ad litem with the court system. I just started it this year, so it's been busy.”Biking - “I ride my bike a lot - I ride down the road near my house, I’ve been trying to do it more often and find people to go on rides with.”Traveling - “I haven’t been traveling but I usually like to travel - that’s what I’d love to do with my 25th hour.”
