Main Business Issues:
Letting go of the anxiousness when business is going well
Tom’s Key Insights and Takeaways:
As a multifaceted entrepreneur Tom was someone who got a lot done and his success showed it
He had a hard time accepting “boredom” and became anxious when his business was stable and thus “boring”
When we unpacked the pattern deeper it was actually something that was reflective of his childhood patterns of performance
The anxiousness was due to fear of “being” punished for being idle
Unpacking this further it allowed him to realize it was creating a distortion in how he was dealing with his team and showing up as a leader
Additionally, it allowed him to make the realization that he had a hard time imagining who he would be without this limiting pattern, really opening up the door for his own transformation
