Monthly or Biweekly Menu Rotation: this can help with decision fatigue. It also will hugely simplify your planning and shopping.
Separate Meals by Time: this can help you categorize your super quick meals from your longer recipes, ex) 15 min. Recipes, 30 min. Recipes, 1 hr+ Recipes.
Recipes That Utilize Appliances: these use items such as a crockpot, instant pot, or air fryer. This helps reduce hands on time which can save time with you physically being in the kitchen.
