My good friend Marc Marling is the founder of CorporateThought.com and I absolutely love his take on networking and building relationships. In this episode we had a great conversation about that and more!
Marc has worked in the shipping industry for more than 20 years, first in freight brokering and forwarding, later as a maritime attorney and now handling day to day operational and business issues for Vanmarc.
Marc was previously the General Counsel at container carrier CMA CGM (America) and handled extensive terminal acquisition and development work for the Virginia Port Authority and others while working in private practice. Marc is a graduate of Widener University (1993) and Rutgers University School of Law (1997) and earned a Certificate in Chartering from SUNY Maritime College (Ft. Schyler) (1994).
