Carol Campos is back on 10 Minute Mindset to talk more about her journey into spirituality, how she’s developed the beliefs that focuses on, some books and resources that she’s found guidance in, and how doing what makes us happy and giving ourselves permission to show up as who we truly are is what really matters.

Carol has spent the bulk of her career working in leadership roles in Corporate America, most recently with a Fortune 10 company, and has a keen sense of what it takes to build a happy, thriving team.

Making the pivot to coaching was a welcome and natural change. She is a certified coach and was also very fortunate to be chosen to participate in the Michael Sandler Inspire Nation Master Certification program, a Holistic and Spiritual coaching program.

She is the Co-founder of The Divine Breadcrumb online community as well as co-host of The Divine Breadcrumb podcast which is dedicated to helping people on their path. Coaching is one more way to do just that!

Carol is a certified Reiki practitioner as well as a certified Angel Card Reader. She is also certified by the HeartMath Institute as an Add-Heart Facilitator, teaching a technique used by thousands of people, including Navy Seals, to achieve heart coherence — a state which greatly improves emotional and physical health.

Carol loves being in nature and can often be found walking various trails (and sometimes hugging trees!). She is passionate about travel, having new adventures, learning about new cultures, and helping others on their own path.

Carol holds a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Cultural Anthropology from Hofstra University. She resides in Massachusetts with her two rescue cats, Petey and Emmett.
