In today’s show, I got a real education.

I thought talking with Josh would focus on the benefits of living in community – and we got there, alongside his own uncommon childhood and what he took from it – but we really started with the history of home ownership in the US, which I knew absolutely nothing about.

Fascinating. Sordid. Creepy. And just a few key points are enough to explain so much about racism, segregation, wealth gaps, fear of the other.

Luckily for us, it’s even better than that. Josh outlines a clear opportunity for every single one of us to evolve that aspect of our culture (and I’m guessing it’s not exclusive to the US), that is free, easy, and always available.

Hint: It’s near the end of the show.
