This week my guest is Geoff Fitch.

Geoff is a senior faculty member, consultant and coach at Pacific Integral, where he helped develop and launch their 18-month development program, as well as led several organizational change efforts. Geoff is certified to work with several change approaches, including Spiral Dynamics, the Leadership Development Framework, Polarity Management, and Holacracy. Geoff is a Field Center Certified Facilitator and Coach.

I met Geoff while a participant in Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change (GTC) program. We discuss the cultural role of Jordan Peterson and Ken Wilber, navigating today’s cultural climate, and what it means to hold paradox.
