A Poem, by Kaylee

‘Twas the night before X-mas, and all through the flat.

Not a creature was stirring, except my QI mat.

The cases were hung, by the Macintosh with care,

In hopes the delivery soon would be there.

When on my nightstand, there arose a light ding.

I sprang from my bed to see just what it’d mean.

Away went the lockscreen. It flew just so fast!

And for dear Touch ID, this would be my last.

When what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But a notification, and a package in the clear.

A little young driver, so lively and strong,

I knew in a minute, she wouldn’t take long.

More quickly than HomePod, the packages did show,

As the young driver shouted, “More iPhones in tow!”

So up to sorters, and down to the trucks.

A sleigh full of “toys”, for the ones with the luck.

Down the freeways she came, with the proper right turns.

There were Animoji to send, and faces to be learned.

Up the elevator she came, with the package nearby.

When the doorbell rang out, I thought I would cry.

She spoke not a word, but turned with a smile,

The package delivered, and paperwork on file.

And I heard her exclaim as she drove out of sight

“Happy X-mas to all, and to all a good night!!”

It’s pronounced “TEN”??
