One of the advantages of doing interviews over the internet is that you can talk to people from the other side of the globe. When I got an opportunity to talk to a Filipina actress in New York, I jumped at the chance. I wanted to know what it was like in New York (one of the hardest hit places in the world) during the pandemic, how they approached it? And how different it was from here?

This is an interview with Marie Dinolan, a New York-based actor performing in theater, television & film, voice-over, commercial and print. She moved from the Philippines to New York City in 2014 for conservatory training in both classical and contemporary roles at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts - home to an extensive history and impressive alumni list consisting of Anne Hathaway, Paul Rudd, Grace Kelly, Robert Redford, Kim Catrall and Danny Devito.

In the podcast, we talked about life as an actor in New York, the general mood of the people up there, the differences with how New York and Cebu are treating the pandemic, and what it is like living in New York today.
