Recently the center held a day of Tangaryo, where 11 new formal students sat zazen from morning until afternoon as demonstration of their sincerity in intention and aspiration for practice. Sensei Koshin used this opportunity to examine the form of the student-teacher relationship and how, ultimately, it reflects to us our relationship with ourselves.
