We have Hartley alumni Donovan and Löwensohn plus an impressive supporting cast that includes a surprisingly fun Peter Fonda and an sadly brief Jared Harris.
Building on Bram Stoker's source material and set in contemporary NYC, this movie manages be funny, charming, heavy, and technical craftiness without veering to far into navel-gazing.
