Day 4, The Day of The Lost Eyes, Decapitated Heads and Severed hands.

The battle became vicious, the Armenians broke falling back to their original position, losing many lives. The Christian Arabs proved the heaviest losses.

Meanwhile an equally critical and more fierce battle was being fought on the left side of the muslim front... The army reserve was heavily committed on the right and could do nothing to help Abu Obayda & Yazid (raa) - they were on their own!

Around 700 muslims lost an eye, hence the title, The Day of The Lost Eyes

Ikrimah (ra) from the War Tribe Banu Makhzum takes The Pledge of Death along with 400 leading Muslims & riders, to the dismay of Khalid (ra).

Again, Hind and other women Khawlah, Umm Hakim (raa) encourage the men.
