Ep 10 ~ It's the journey to the goal we want to experience

Have you really thought about why there is the saying "it's the journey, not the destination"?

I was meditating and my Higher Self shared a deeper understanding of this saying, it was so profound it made everything make sense, and the feeling and question of "when is this goal (fill in the blank) going to happen" no longer makes sense to ask.

My Higher Self explained that we came for the experience it takes to achieve a goal. The goal isn't to get to the goal solely, it's the journey to the goal we want to experience.

Think of it this way... when you go on vacation you're not going to think about getting to the end of the vacation.  You're looking forward to experiencing discovering a new place, being a tourist, and doing touristy things. 

Well, that's the exact same thing with life! We came to experience life along the way to the goal, and less about just accomplishing the goal.
