Don’t underestimate the power of a good meal prep.Every person is different.Use your study/work breaks to accomplish other easier and more fun tasks. If you have kids, siblings, or babysit a child, you need to remember that you are the adult and as much as you sometimes may feel like strangling yourself or the child, the child is watching you and how you respond to stressful situations. If you have a hobby, dedicate a certain time in a week for it.
