“When you are going through something or to help you, but to empower you moving forward. It should be just like we would do with a personal trainer for our fitness.” -Anna 

“Getting that stuff out too whether it's negative or whatever, just being able to get that out of the, the mind just allows for the good stuff to go in.” - Paul 

“Most of the time you don't focus on what you really want, your fear. Focus on what you think you should do.-Anna 

“The willingness to the awareness, and the willingness to do something about it, and taking action to change. That's a huge one. We can complain or whatever else how life is. But if we actually don't take any action to change it, well it's gonna be like that, no matter what happens.” -Paul

“It's probably never going to be totally balanced. I think it's always going to have ups and downs and whatever. So, it's focusing on the ones that are, that are less in balance and sort of bring them up.”-Paul
