The Sydney Opera House is an icon. It represent Sydney for Australians. And it represents Australia to the world.   This icon means something. It stands for something. It represents something.   BUT how Australia is perceived is NOT always what Australia wants it to be.   You or your business is like the Sydney Opera House. It is a BRAND.   Your brand is a shortcut to what you embody and believe. And how others FEEL about you.   It means something. It stands for something.   It represents something.   But like the Australian icon… it is influenced by three factors. 1. What you want it to mean (what you are in control of) 2. What OTHERS perceive it to mean (which is not in your control) 3. What your ACTIONS / BEHAVIOURS dictate it to be (within your control)   If you ALIGN your ACTIONS with your VALUES and be CONSISTENT with your behaviours… you could establish a strong BRAND presence that represents a meaning to your community.   But that assumes that you have established a VISION and a set of VALUES you choose to live by.   #LaurenceTham #YourChiroCoach #DriveYourPractice
