Leadership is not talked about enough when it comes to running a practice.   We often believe being a LEADER is inborn and can't be learned.   And so we don't spend a great deal of time learning to improve on it.   However, leadership filters top-down into every part of the business.   This includes the culture, systems and dynamics of the team. Poor leadership leads to a dysfunctional team and workplace.   Where outstanding leadership creates the desired place to work and creates exponential growth.   In practice, I often see two leadership styles that many chiropractors adopt: The Micro-Manager or The Visionary.   Each of these styles has its strengths... but it comes with its downfalls as well.   In this episode, I want to share how to avoid these two leadership styles and present a THIRD option.   I will share with you how to use to leadership style effectively to create more significant team dynamics.   -- Watch the full video version of this episode on Facebook and Youtube.
