In this episode, my guest is Dr Stone Hsieh. Dr Hsieh is a researcher at Kingston University. His ongoing work offers tremendous insight into how exercise interventions modulate brain, cognition, and mental health in individuals with typical and atypical neurocognitive development. Here Dr Hsieh particularly shares the cognitive-enhancing effects of physical exercise on cognition in children. He also touches on the various ways we can leverage physical exercise to enhance our overall academic and work performance.
