What gives extremely successful people the right to do what it took to get them to the level that they’re at; turn around, and tell us not to do the things that got them to that level of success?

Look at people like Arianna Huffington, who tells the story about a time in her life when she was not getting enough sleep. There are many articles about it, including this one from The Atlantic (that I quote in the episode) and this TED Talk (by the way, are you looking for more TED Talks? Check this out).

Years down the road, when you think to yourself… where you want to be, what you want to have done, and where you’ll want to have gone; it might actually demand that you get MORE sleep, and you get LESS done. This means… to be as maximally productive as possible, you may need to get less done.

Do you want to know how to sleep better at night? You have to figure out what productivity means to you. What will success look, sound, and feel like to you?
