When you're on vacation, you aren't necessarily thinking about your sprints and daily standup, but it is important to stay in the flow. We break ours into 3 phases - packing and planning, on vacation, and return to normalcy.
During our packing phase, we make sure to be as thorough as possible, writing everything out. We think of the things we want to do when we get there. Put every person's "must do" on the sprint. Add in things like down time, as well.
During the return to normalcy section, we talk about what we are going to do when we get home so that we aren't just overwhelmed. We do things like unpacking, laundry, stocking the pantry, etc.
