The holidays are over. If you are anything like me, the end of the year can get stressful. So how do you get back into the swing of things after the busy holiday season?

Take some time to put some goals into writing that you feel will help propel you forward - maybe this is setting a goal of going to yoga twice a week or reading two books per month.
