“Speak up and follow your dreams.” Kaylee Hottle of Godzilla x Kong Encourages the Hearing Impaired

Calling all monster movie fans! Godzilla and Kong are set to join forces in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. The film will be released in theaters on March 29. We got to chat with Kaylee Hottle, who plays Jia, a deaf and orphaned girl who forms a special bond with Kong. he spoke to us about the importance of American Sign Language and inclusion of the Deaf community in the entertainment industry.

We also got to ask Kaylee some super fun questions like, “If she could have any mythical creature from television or film as a pet, which would it be?” She said the dragon, Mushu, from the movie Mulan. Learn more about Kaylee by checking out the video below!
