Creator of “The Buccaneers”, Katherine Jakeways goes into major details on working with Kristine Froseth and Alisha Boe | Young Entertainment Mag

YEM returns with an exclusive interview with Katherine Jakeways, creator, writer, and executive producer of the upcoming British drama series The Buccaneers. The television series is based on the unfinished novel of the same name by Edith Wharton, published posthumously in 1938. The series follows a group of American women arriving in 1870s London and their journey in trying to secure husbands and titles, finding themselves along the way. The series will premiere on November 8 on Apple TV+, and season one will consist of eight episodes.
