“Cam Cameron” talks about his kiss with Skye in The Summer I Turned Pretty | Young Entertainment Mag

YEM returns with an exclusive interview with David Iacono, who stars as Cam Cameron in the series The Summer I Turned Pretty! For those who need a refresher on the series, the series tells the story of Isabel 'Belly' Conklin, who reunites with her mother's family friend Susannah Fisher and her two sons Jeremiah and Conrad, in which a love triangle forms between the three teens.

We briefly asked what his biggest challenge was in season two that he didn’t have in season one, and how he overcame it. David answered that Cam had more of a means of identity in the second season, as opposed to his build-up and exposition in the first season through the lens of Belly, and mentioned that he had more work to do when it came to where he came from and what his goals and aspirations were.
