As a society we don’t seem to handle loss that great. We tend to want people to move on and get over loss in a kind of logical, linear, step-by-step way. But that’s not the way we process loss, it’s not linear and everyone handles it differently. Let's talk about what you can do to help someone who is dealing with a loss and what you can learn about yourself through the process.
