What a week, HOLY TUCK, MLB playoff season is heating up with the Cardinals on the hottest winning streak and able to clench the wild card, it is changing by the hour so we will have a better view of upcoming games next week.

The Terps take on #5 Iowa and both teams are 4-0 it will be an exciting night in College Park, we are keeping our fingers crossed that Matt can stay awake long enough to enjoy it.

We take a deep dive into equity with women's sports, offer some perspectives and just basics facts to help keep people informed of what the salary gap looks like for women in professional sports in 2021.

The WNBA has been in existence for 25 years and the needle is barely moved in that time. So what can we do to help move closer and closer to equal. We have our ideas of what we think might help, What would you do ?
