I’m Rebecca Gonzalez, but most folks call me Becky. I’m a wife, mama to three teenagers, and our rescue dog Riley. If you’re into personality profiles at all, I’m a 1 on the Enneagram, which also makes me a recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser.


I’m a hopeful encourager, freedom fighter, fitness enthusiast & instructor, and writer who has a passion for living my life with grit and grace, intention and purpose, and encouraging others to do the same.
