You Can Build It

One of my favorite podcasts is How I Built This. In this podcast, Guy Raz talks to the leaders of some of the best known businesses in the world. So why start another business podcast? I believe a subtle lie too many believe is “I could never do that”. Out of the hundreds of thousands of competitive basketball players in the world, there are only 450 NBA players. It is not helpful to be told that you can be the next Michael Jordan, if you just work hard, perhaps have the right opportunity, or unique insight. YOU can, however, step on the court and begin learning the game at any level. Don‘t pass up the rewards to be had at all levels of entrepreneurial success by believing you can‘t do it. This isn’t How I built THIS’ but ‘YOU can build IT’.
