In the silent hours of the night  I recorded this Kiirtan with the intention of sharing the magic of Avarta Kiirtan. The recording is not professional but I did feel very deeply that I was singing to my Innermost Beloved. Many of my most cherished moments have been during the practice of Avarta Kiirtan, a hidden gem.

In case you don’t know what Avarta Kiirtan is here is a brief description:

Avarta Kiirtan is a beautiful kiirtan practice where the person does kiirtan facing all six directions (North, East, South, West, Above and Below). In this Avarta Kiirtan session I have recorded 6 six simple tunes that are easy to follow. With the beginning or each tune face a new direction. Once you again return to the north position ideate above you and below you for the last 2 tunes and endlessly flow in the Bliss of Baba Nam Kevalam.
