Are the holidays usually a positive experience for you? What are your usual overall feelings about the holidays, and what’s something you’d like to shift about your typical experience?

In order to change how we feel and our experience, it’s helpful to start with setting an intention 🙌

From there, we’ll dive into different ‘tasks’ we can give ourselves for interacting with our family members, and practices we can do to create a foundation of support for ourselves, which will then help us be a space holder of support for others during our gatherings 🫶
