🙈I think this question gets thrown around all the time in today’s world, but rarely do we take it seriously, and take the time to try and answer it 📝

It's one of those questions that can change our lives in amazing ways - if we let it 🙂

🎧In this episode I want to walk you through some excellent journal prompts and breakdown questions to really help you understand more of who you are, and more of who you want to be!! ✨

Whether you do it along with the episode or later on when you have more space+time, be sure to settle in a quiet place with a journal, a pen, and plenty of time, in order to really be intentional.

*Please note → 🔑The key to your answers, is absolute honesty 🔑

If we can’t be honest with ourselves, we will never be able to fully accept who we are, and to transform in the ways we desire 🦋

🫶 I know this kind of exercise may feel very scary to a lot of us. I know it did for me the first time I committed to being honest with myself.

👉 If negative or unsupportive thoughts/feelings come up for you, step into your brave self and let them KNOW that you are 💯% in charge!

Because you can be EXACTLY who you want to be in this life 🦋

As we commit to making these changes and befriending ourselves, our actions create more experiences of happiness and love in every area of our lives 😇💗🙏
