I offer you a gentle yoga practice on the theme of stillness. Is it possible to find stillness in a world that constantly moves and changes. The body, mind, breath and environment are always in flux so how can we develop a continuity of attention that creates a haven of stillness in our experience. 

Props needed: bolster, blocks, belt or improvise!
