Welcome to the 87th episode of Yesterday's Capers. Every week, Abdullah Moallim will be reviewing and looking back at some of the most memorable and well known tv shows and cartoons from the past. Every week Abdullah and a contributor will compare two different shows, and put them head to head, as well as having an in-depth discussion about a specific show.

This week we look back on some cartoons that explores the relationship between children and dogs as we talk Watch My Chops, The Legend of White Fang which was based on the classic novel White Fang. And we look at the classic anime cartoon Dog of Flanders based on the book with the same title written by Ouida in 1872.

We've got a real international feel as we're talking about shows from Canada, France, Belguim and Japan and we talk episodes, moments and how some of these cartoons may have fallen under the radar for many viewers.
