Whether I think of it as a mantra or life advice or just a code I live by i have to admit I have one goal in my life which informs a lot of what i do and that's comfort. This week I si down and discuss how i view the term happiness and how "happiness" has never really been a goal for me. I worry people have been misled and mis-sold the idea of emotional happiness and suggest how we can swap that for emotional comfort instead making life become somewhat easier to manage.
