Like so many, New York City native Matthew Alexander moved to Southern California alongside a friend. Just to make ends meet, he started his professional career in IT operations and eventually progressed to a comfortable position as a programmer at Disney. He might have been satisfied with this level of success in the land of milk and honey, but not Matthew. He ultimately decided this lot in life was not enough to satisfy his creative ambition. As someone who has imagined a life profitting from my creative energy, I admire and applaud Matthew's courage for pursuing his dream and making it come true. We cover a number of interesting topics in this episode and are joined by aspiring movie maker Eli Leckinger in the second half to learn how Aaron's son has been learning the craft of show runner from a wonderful mentor.
