Week 12 Preview: HOF semi-finalist rankings & the two things needed to fix Tampa Bay

Football and Thanksgiving always go hand-in-hand, and with the holiday approaching fast, Terez Paylor & Charles Robinson open up their midweek podcast chewing the fat about their favorite Thanksgiving foods including a mind-opening hack to kick your mashed potatoes up to the next level.

Getting into some football talk, the guys recap the Los Angeles Rams' 27-24 Monday night win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After two head-scratching picks from Tom Brady, Charles outlines the two missing pieces from the Bucs offense that need to be fixed if Tampa wants to succeed this January. (7:10)

In more somber news, Dallas Cowboys head strength & conditioning coach Markus Paul collapsed this morning at the Cowboys' facility and was rushed to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition at the time of this taping. Charles & Terez reflect on Paul's beloved reputation in the league and the inner workings of how stories like these are reported. (16:15)

Following up on Sunday night's conversation about Joe Burrow's devastating knee injury, Terez outlines what teams like the New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars, the presumed owners of the first and second picks in the 2021 draft, need to do to prevent situations like this from happening to their rookie franchise QBs of the future. On Tuesday, the Pro Football Hall of Fame released its list of 25 semi-finalists for 2021's Hall of Fame class. Among some mortal locks for the 5 spots in next year's class are Peyton Manning and Charles Woodson. The guys rank some of the other finalists and make the case for the frustratingly short career of Calvin Johnson aka Megatron. (33:30)
